1. Import your preferred image.
2. Drop the image on your Coreldraw artboard
3. Select the text tool and type your text. (F8)
4. Place the text above the inserted image. [in case your text in behind your image, press SHIFT + PGUP to bring your text above the image.
5. Change your font style using the font list
6. Format your text color by changing  the fill on your color palette
7. Change your font size to your preferred
8. Converting your project to an image, press CTRL + E and select your preferred file extension
